HOMEMADE SINK SCRUB

I think we can all agree, clean shiny things make us happy! Today I have a simple homemade sink scrub recipe for you to keep your sinks sparkling clean. I use this scrub at least once a week to help keep my white sink clean and stain free. Anyone who has a white sink knows it doesn’t take much to stain it..or at the least for it to appear dirty! You’ll only need a few ingredients for this scrub and once it’s mixed up you’ll want to use it to scrub all the things…well not all the things, haha! Read on for the ingredients and instructions!

TO MAKE:

Add 1 cup of baking soda in a mason jar

Add 10-15 drops of your preferred essential oils, I like to use my germ destroyer for this scrub

Put the lid on and give it a good shake.

To use the scrub, wet your sink and sprinkle in your scrub. Add a drizzle of your Sal Suds or Dr. Bronners soap and then scrub the sink with a brush. I like this brush from Amazon. I like to let mine sit for a while. Usually I’ll do this in the morning or at night and let it sit for 30-60 minutes. After it’s set for awhile rinse clean with water and you’re all done. To reduce staining [if you have a white sink ] I like to follow with some peroxide and I let that sit for a little too.

You can use this in your sinks, bathtubs, showers, even my toilets!

Thanks so much for stopping by today friends!

Happy cleaning! Blessings,

Bree
